Gainesville

Gainesville has been part of my life since the early 1970’s. As a student at Virginia Tech, I would pass through Gainesville regularly on my trek to campus and back home again. Interstate 66 ended in the town of Gainesville and I had to decide whether to take Route 55 west to Interstate 81 or go south on 29 to Warrenton and then on south to Blacksburg. The most striking landmark in Gainesville at that time was the crane at the Atlas Iron Works. Each Christmas season they would hoist a large shining star as a beacon to weary travelers. I miss the star.

Gainesville has grown since those days. I am proud to have been a member of the community since 1982 when I opened my dental practice in neighboring Haymarket. I have enjoyed watching the area grow from a tiny crossroads to a bustling vibrant community. I have strived to keep up with the changes by constantly reinventing my office to keep abreast of the new trends and changing needs of the community.
